Much appreciation for all of your effort; moments ago I heard coverage of an increase in deaths on the Spokane River...followed by a brief personal opinion from the announcer stating HIS thoughts/opinion: "There is no known reason for this increase." ...There are medically known CAUSES for these individual deaths, yes? Then why the limited and empty follow up? I have spent time on that river and would have appreciate a bit more detail regarding reasons and preventitive measures/warnings...
As an avid supporter of this network it was disappointing to hear this callous and limited coverage and description of these deaths...the lack of detail along with dismissal shortly summed up by the reporter's PERSONAL OPINION is insulting to those suffering these losses and those in your audience.
Truly, I am grateful for your time as well as future consideration for the sensitivity of those listening to your use of the language in describing what matters most to us.
