In Portland, it has rained 23 of the past 24 days. We've had nearly twice as much rain in the past - 4 1/2 months as we did in the same period the previous year. It's as if the dark cloud that follows the Trail Blazers exploded and got the rest of us wet.

.Long term...Not much hope for dry weather in the extended...at least for the next 5 days. Best can hope for is a longer period of minor precipitation between fronts.
