Shared Route - Weekendly rides to Seattle

sharedroute.org

Shared Route LogoWhile this sounds like a little too much patchouli for me, this might be great for you. It's a biodiesel shuttle bus service connecting Portland, Olympia & Seattle. There's room for four bikes, it's wheelchair accessible, and you don't need a reservation. But if you'd like, you can make a reservation. The prices are comparable or below with Greyhound or Amtrack's regular prices.

The bad news is that it only runs once a day and only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And there is the patchouli.

Benjamin doesn't wear patchouli!
That was a misstatement by Raymond Rendleman (in the WWeek article he did about us).

Now if he said that Benjamin hadn't showered in a couple days, I would believe that.

I took the WW article's reference to patchouli as a metaphor, though it appears I wasn't clear that that's how I'm using it in this blurblet.
