The Artist's Guide to North Portland, Oregon

North Portland is a great place for artists to live and work. It is my hope that this webpage will be a useful resource for the artists who live here, as well as encourage more artists and creative individuals to join the community. The North Portland peninsula consists of many charming historical neighborhoods with a fairly low cost of living and just enough quirky stuff around to keep the locals from getting bored. It is also the little-known "5th Quadrant" of Portland, so you sound extra mysterious when you tell people where you live!

Includes bits on the arts community, galleries, art events, art & craft supplies, theater & film, live music, dance, small business resources, parks, cheap eats & drinks, groceries and a guide to the neighborhoods
