When did this happen?
I just learned about this yesterday (the 29th). I guess Willamette Week online broke the story on Thursday the 27th that Michael Hebberoy was not only divorcing Naomi, but that he was leaving the Ripe empire to her. She immediately killed breakfast service at GBT (my fav mealtime there, honestly), and then at some point decided that Friday night (the 28th) would be their last night open for the meantime. It's unclear whether or not it's a permanent thing—the only thing that is clear is that Michael left a big mess, both financially and otherwise, that Naomi needs to clean up.

It's open again, but with a new owner.
