Bastille Day At Carafe—From Whole Roasted Pig To Gypsy Jazz Trio And Pétanque: An evening of French cuisine, wine and entertainment for the whole family

Pascal Sauton, chef/owner of Carafe hails from Paris and knows how to entertain with French savoir fare.

Sauton and his wife, Julie Hunter will throw a party to celebrate Bastille Day on Friday, July 14, 2006 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Carafe, 200 SW Market Street. Festivities include live music with the Gypsy Jazz Trio, Pétanque and Palet Breton games and French food—from whole roasted pig and grilled sausages to salads, pastis and French wine and beer.
