Chinook Winds Casino Resort’s journey began in 1995, when the Siletz Tribe started it as a temporary gambling facility. Back in the day, it had only 250 slots, a small deli, and 12 card tables. Today, it has become a destination resort, set against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz continue to own and operate this resort. It is located in Oregon’s Lincoln city and is just a block away from Highway 101. For a pleasant stay of its guests, Chinook Winds Casino Resort offers a 243-room hotel with 160 oceanfront rooms, including 61 fireplace suites.

Among the amenities offered are a 31,000-square-feet meeting space, five restaurants, and a whirlpool spa. This casino resort has a fitness facility and a children’s play palace and arcade. Guests can have a wonderful time in the indoor pool and an 18-hole golf course.

The casino gaming experience

The guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort can enjoy a 24-hour gaming experience. There are more than 1100 slots, multi-game machines, and video poker in the casino. For high rollers, there’s a high-limit area that includes a private lounge. Players who like live action games can choose from 22 table games, which include poker, blackjack, and roulette.

Visitors can also benefit from the full beverage service and non-smoking tables. Located close to the main entrance to the casino is a 1000-seat bingo hall. On the first level of the casino, players will come across a Keno Counter located adjacent to Euchre Creek Deli.

This restaurant also has the Oyster Bar, which serves locally-sourced seafood. For those who love to savor a variety of dishes, Siletz Bay Buffet would be an ideal place to be in. It is located on the second floor of the casino and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. The Euchre Creek Deli behind the waterfall on the main Casino floor stays open 24/7. It offers an excellent range of entrees and snacks.

The Convention Center

This is an elegant space for hosting meetings and events. The facility is spread across a vast space of 31,000 square feet and includes a 20,000-square-foot ballroom. In-house catering facility is also offered for events that have up to 2,000 guests. The Convention Center is ideal for hosting entertaining shows, fundraisers, and personal events.
